So I woke up today in the mood of eating veggie all day long, sometimes our body just needs vegetables!. I prepared myself a very light breakfast, and my day took off… Between work, family and life lunch time arrived and I found myself craving a Portobello Mushroom hamburger.

I prepared it with a couple of bell peppers, spinach leaves, tomatoes, onions, pesto, delicious French red wine from the south of France (and had one glass while cooking) and, of course, the Portobello mushroom… it was so decadent that I couldn’t help myself and I felt the urge to flavor it with our prestigious Extra Virgin Garlic-flavoured olive oil, Pukara. The Pukara Garlic-flavoured oil gives it an extra “je ne sais quoi” that makes the perfect flavor combination, and while you may be hesitant about adding a bit of red wine, it is still quite juicy and flavorful.

It was a home run… Actually, it was so good that I had to share it. My business partners enjoyed it, and right now I think I’ll be treating myself to yet another one tonight. Oh My… Well, we have to embrace our desires, every now and them.
